Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass Local and Level 2 Background Screening.
• Provide proven 1 year of caregiving experience or technical training.
• Have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Encouraging and supporting the individual during home activities.
• Assisting with personal hygiene tasks.
• Meal preparation and light cleaning.
• Ensuring the individual's safety and maintaining a safe living environment.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying the individual to social events and community outings such as grocery shopping and appointments.
• Promote communication, choice, independence, and socialization.
• Complete daily progress notes.

The individual is a young male in need of a caregiver to support with supervision and transportation in community outings.
