Job summary

Community Resource Network of Florida, LLC. is seeking a caregiver for a young female with I/DD. The role involves companionship, support with ADLs, transportation, and accompanying to community outings.

Position is offered as an independent contractor with pay of $16.00 per hour. Schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday 4pm–7pm, plus every other weekend with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year caregiving experience or relevant training.
• Must pass Local and Level 2 Background Screening.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Age 18 or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Encouraging and supporting the individual during home activities.
• Assisting with personal hygiene tasks.
• Meal preparation and light cleaning.
• Ensuring the individual’s safety and maintaining a safe living environment.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying the individual to social events and appointments.
• Complete daily progress notes.

The individual is young female in need of a companion to support with ADL's, supervision and transportation in community outings.

By applying for this position, you acknowledge and understand that this role is offered on an independent contractor basis, and not as an employee of the company. The role pays $16.00 hourly.

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 4pm-7pm, and every other weekend flexible hours.
