Job summary

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking Press Brake Operators for our client in Vancouver, WA, a long-standing leader in the healthcare equipment manufacturing industry. This is a weekend shift, Sat & Sun 4:30am - 12:30pm, through year-end with potential for permanency for the right fit.

You will set up, program, and operate Trumpf CNC press brakes to bend sheet metal per detailed specs. Starting pay is $24-32/hr DOE.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Press Brake experience is preferred, but training is possible.
• Proficient with measuring instruments (tape measure, calipers, protractors).
• Basic math skills (decimals and angles).
• Strong attention to detail, safety conscious, and quality focused.
• Ability to work efficiently in production with changing priorities.
• Continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate Trumpf CNC press brake machines.
• Follow job travelers, drawings, and specifications with precision.
• Execute and document quality checkpoints throughout forming.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe workstation per requirements.
• Identify and suggest process improvements for quality and efficiency.
