Job summary

rms Company, a Cretex Medical affiliate, seeks a Brake Press Operator for weekend shift with 6:00am–6:00pm Friday through Sunday. You will set up sheet metal machines, read blueprints, perform shop math, and document hours in ERP while ensuring safety and quality compliance.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and 2 years of brake press setup experience, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of brake press setup experience.
• Ability to read, understand and follow work instructions and SOPs.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up all types of sheet metal machines to bend, cut or form parts.
• Read blueprints and perform shop mathematics.
• Enter production data into ERP and record hours worked.
• Adhere to safety policies and quality systems (ISO, medical device requirements).
• Maintain organized workspace and participate in continuous improvement programs.
