Job summary

Switchgear Power Systems is hiring a Press Brake Operator for the Weekend Day Shift. Training on Weekday 1st Shift is provided. The role requires operating an Amada Press Brake with ATC, inspecting parts, and maintaining a clean workspace.

We seek 1+ year fabrication/manufacturing experience and 1+ year press brake operation experience. The position includes a full-time schedule with benefits and potential overtime. Wage is $26.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ years fabrication/manufacturing experience.
• 1+ years press brake operation experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and run press brake per programs and presets.
• Operate Amada press brake with ATC tooling.
• Inspect parts and notify supervisor of issues.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and documentation.
• Assist in other metal prep and maintenance tasks.
• Use measuring tools (tape and micrometer) and verify specs.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Operate forklifts/hoists as needed.
