Fulcrum Technologies is seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator for our Weekend Shift team. You will set up and operate press brake equipment, read engineering drawings, and ensure dimensional accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role emphasizes safe operation, quality control, and collaboration across production. Physical lifting up to 50 pounds is required; prior CNC programming experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience operating press brake equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work instructions.
• Ability to accurately use measuring instruments, including tape measures, calipers, and angle gauges.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Knowledge of metric and imperial measurement systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to routinely lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and manual press brake equipment according to work instructions and production schedules.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Select proper tooling and make machine adjustments to achieve required tolerances.
• Perform bends and forming operations while maintaining dimensional accuracy.
• Verify first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain production efficiency while meeting quality standards.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools and inspection equipment.
• Load, unload, and move materials safely throughout the production process.
• Organize completed parts and prepare materials for downstream operations.
• Assist other production departments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
