Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking Press Brake Operators for our client in Vancouver, WA, a long-standing leader in the healthcare equipment manufacturing industry. This is a weekend shift, Sat & Sun 4:30am - 12:30pm, through year-end with potential for permanency for the right fit.

You will set up, program, and operate Trumpf CNC press brakes to bend sheet metal per detailed specs. Starting pay is $24-32/hr DOE.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Press Brake experience is preferred, but training is possible.
• Proficient with measuring instruments (tape measure, calipers, protractors).
• Basic math skills (decimals and angles).
• Strong attention to detail, safety conscious, and quality focused.
• Ability to work efficiently in production with changing priorities.
• Continuous improvement mindset.

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking Press Brake Operators for our client in Vancouver, WA as a long standing leader in the healthcare equipment manufacturing industry. This is a weekend shift, duration through the end of the year with potential to become permanent for the right fit. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating Trumpf CNC press brake machines to accurately bend and shape sheet metal components according to detailed specifications, requiring a keen attention to detail.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform machine and tooling setups and subsequent first article inspections
• Follow job travelers, engineering drawings, and technical specifications with precision
• Execute and document quality control checkpoints throughout the forming process
• Utilize Trumpf TruBend 7036, 7050, and 5085 CNC Brake Presses, which access a server-stored library of part programs
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet daily production targets while maintaining precise quality standards
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workstation in compliance with FDA and ISO manufacturing requirements
• Identify and recommend process improvements for efficiency and quality enhancement
• Proper retrieval and storage of materials and subassemblies to support production

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Press Brake experience is preferred, but open to training capable/interested individuals
• Proficient with measuring instruments (tape measure, calipers, protractors)
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, comprehension of decimals and angles)
• Strong attention to detail with demonstrated commitment to quality workmanship and following safety protocols
• Ability to work efficiently in a production environment while meeting quality standards
