Job summary

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a skilled CNC Press Brake Operator for a client in Vancouver, WA. You will set up, program, and operate Trumpf CNC press brakes to form sheet metal parts per drawings, focusing on quality and safety.

The role offers DAY and Swing shifts with pay between $22 and $26 per hour DOE. You will work in a climate-controlled facility and contribute to continuous improvement in healthcare equipment manufacturing.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of CNC Brake Press operating experience (Trumpf preferred).
Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions.
Proficiency with calipers and micrometers.

Responsibilities

Perform machine and tooling setups and first article inspections.
Follow job travelers, engineering drawings and specs with precision.
Document quality checkpoints throughout forming process.
Operate Trumpf TruBend 7036/7050/5085 CNC presses and use server-stored programs.
Maintain organized, safe work environment and meet daily production targets.
Identify process improvements for efficiency and quality.
