Woodward is seeking experienced manufacturing professionals for the Loves Park Campus on the Weekend 2nd shift (Friday-Sunday, 3:00 PM–3:30 AM). Level 2 requires 1+ years operating CNC Mills, lathes, or ID/OD grinders; Level 3 requires 4+ years.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating CNC Mills, CNC lathes or ID/OD Grinders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Level 2: Follow documented procedures, support training, and improve standard work.
• Level 2: Maintain process variables and log daily operations; follow SOPs.
• Level 2: Participate in quality control and maintain organization and cleanliness.
• Level 2/3: Support safety and lean initiatives; contribute to continuous improvement.
• Level 3: Lead complex or specialized tasks and mentor others.
• Level 3: Ensure adherence to production standards and cross-functional collaboration.
