Job summary

Woodward is seeking an experienced machining professional for weekend shifts at our Loves Park, IL campus. Friday–Sunday, 3am–3:30pm, with opportunities to contribute to a dynamic aerospace manufacturing team.

Salary is role-based with Level 2 and Level 3 hourly pay, plus shift premium and overtime. Woodward offers a comprehensive total rewards package and robust development opportunities for qualified team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in machining manufacturing.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and standard work.
• Willingness to work weekend shifts and adapt to shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Follow documented procedures and solve problems with known outcomes to meet standards.
• Support training of other team members and contribute to standard work improvements.
• Maintain key process variables to ensure consistency and quality in operations.
• Log daily operations accurately and escalate concerns as needed.
• Support a safe and clean work environment by applying 5S and maintaining organization.
