Qualifications

• 3+ years CNC Lathe machine experience.
• Extensive mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and communication.
• Inspection experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Lathe machines and set up as required.
• Follow documented procedures and maintain production standards.
• Log daily operations and quality data; escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain 5S and cleanliness; participate in lean initiatives.
• Collaborate with team to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
