Qualifikationen

• Set up and operate Mazak Integrex CNC machining centers and other advanced machining equipment.
• Perform machining operations in accordance with established processes, instructions, and quality requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications.
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensional accuracy and conformance.
• Perform machine setups, tool changes, offsets, and basic troubleshooting.
• Monitor machine performance and seek improvements in productivity and safety.
• Maintain accurate production records and quality reports.
• Follow safety, environmental, and company procedures at all times.
