Flowserve US Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist II for the Center of Excellence Manufacturing Center in Kalamazoo, MI.

You will set up, operate, troubleshoot, and support continuous improvement of advanced CNC equipment to manufacture Flowserve components for sites across the Americas. The role requires strong machining fundamentals, GD&T knowledge, and the ability to evaluate CNC programs for safe operation.

Qualifications

• Familiar with GD&T and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Experience reading blueprints and routing instructions.
• Ability to evaluate CNC programs for safe, efficient operation.
• Proficient with precision measuring tools and inspection methods.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machining equipment, including NTX 3000.
• Produce components to blueprint, routing, quality, and delivery specs.
• Read engineering drawings and GD&T to verify tolerances.
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other gauges.
• Review CNC programs for errors and efficiency before/during production.
• Edit CNC programs/offsets to maintain quality and cycle time.
