Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and manual machining equipment across multiple platforms (e.g., mills, lathes, multi-axis).
• Perform advanced program offsets, tooling corrections, and process adjustments to maintain part accuracy.
• Diagnose and resolve machining challenges related to tooling performance, material behavior, fixturing stability, and machine condition.
• Conduct high-precision first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using advanced metrology tools.
• Analyze and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, work instructions, and specifications.
• Monitor machining performance, identify deviations, and escalate issues affecting accuracy or flow.
• Document production data, inspection results, and shift findings with accuracy.
• Identify and recommend improvements for reliability, cycle-time efficiency, and scrap reduction.
