Responsibilities

• Operate CNC and manual machining equipment across mills, lathes, and multi-axis platforms.
• Perform advanced program offsets, tooling corrections, and process adjustments.
• Diagnose tooling, material behavior, fixturing, and machine condition challenges.
• Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using metrology tools.
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, and work instructions.
• Monitor performance, identify deviations, and maintain production flow.
• Document inspection results and shift findings with accuracy.
• Suggest improvements for reliability, cycle-time efficiency, and scrap reduction.
• Provide feedback to Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and strict safety adherence.
