Job summary

Integritycaregroup is seeking a part-time Medical Laboratory Technologist/Technician to perform moderate and high-complexity testing across Molecular Diagnostics, Microbiology, Immunology, Chemistry and Hematology. The role reports to Laboratory Management and supports quality initiatives while maintaining competency.

Hours include Saturdays and Sundays (11am–7pm); prior experience with CLIA-compliant labs and automated platforms is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field required.
• Current MLT/MLS ASCP or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year clinical lab experience preferred; moderate/high-complexity testing.
• Familiarity with CLIA regulations, quality systems, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate and high-complexity testing across multiple disciplines.
• Review and report patient results within turnaround times.
• Maintain instrument maintenance, calibration, and quality control.
• Follow SOPs, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in QA, inspections, and proficiency testing as assigned.
• Assist with workflow support and specimen handling to ensure accuracy.
