Job summary

Integrity Care Group in Wisconsin is seeking a Medical Laboratory Technologist to perform moderate and high‑complexity testing across disciplines, under the Laboratory Manager, ensuring accurate, timely reporting and compliance with CLIA and organizational procedures.

You will maintain competency, participate in quality assurance activities, and operate instruments across PCR, microbiology, immunology, chemistry, and hematology, while supporting inventory management and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field required.
• Current MLT/MLS certification preferred.
• One year of clinical lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate/high-complexity testing per SOPs and CLIA requirements.
• Review and report patient results within turnaround times.
• Maintain quality control and assist with corrective actions when needed.
• Support inventory management and instrument maintenance.
