Job summary

Regency Pacific is seeking a Charge-Admission RN to oversee nursing care on Tuesday through Friday at our Spokane facility. The role includes medication assistance, direct nursing services, supervising staff, and ensuring resident well-being in a home‑like environment.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist residents with ADLs, medication administration, treatments, and care to encourage self-care and independence.
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per nurse scope of practice and state regulations.

As a charge nurse (RN), you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training/supervising staff, and all things related to resident well‑being.

You will:

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self‑care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per nurse scope of practice and state regulations

You Currently:

• Possess a current registered nurse license in good standing
• Typical candidates have 1-year of providing supervision in healthcare. New grads are encouraged to apply!
