Commonwise is hiring caregivers in Virginia to support clients in their homes with flexible scheduling and competitive starting pay. Roles include RNs, LPNs, CNAs, PCAs, HHAs, PCTs, and more, with on-site support and training from Caregiver Ambassadors.

The team provides 24/7 after-hours support, mileage reimbursement options, PTO, holiday pay, and 401k eligibility, emphasizing a mission: “To truly care for people.”

Responsibilities

• Build long-lasting relationships with clients and families
• Provide reliable care during times of need
• Advocate for clients in community settings
• Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living): bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, feeding
• Assist with IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living): light housekeeping, meal prep, driving clients, creative hobbies
