Job summary

Commonwise Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide reliable in-home care across shifts. You control your schedule, with starting pay of $17–$20 per hour, plus premium rates for certain shifts and referral bonuses.

We offer weekly pay, PTO, holiday pay, insurance options, mileage reimbursement, and 401(k) eligibility. You’ll work with RN care manager mentorship and on-site training, supported by a real team 24/7.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care or caregiving preferred.
• Strong communication and empathy.
• Ability to assist with ADLs and IADLs.

Responsibilities

• Building meaningful relationships with clients and families.
• Providing reliable and compassionate care.
• Advocating for clients in community settings.
• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and feeding.
• Assisting with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), including light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, and support with hobbies and interests.
