Job summary

Trove Home Care LLC. is expanding our Weekend Care Team in the Richmond area, offering consistent weekend hours with meaningful work and a supportive team. Earn $18–$25 per hour based on experience, plus a $100 Weekend Bonus after completing 50 weekend hours.

We provide 24/7 support from a dedicated care team and local cases in Richmond, Moseley, Midlothian, and surrounding areas. This role suits caregivers with weekday commitments seeking supplemental income.

Qualifications

• CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferred.
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or personal).
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive clients to appointments and errands.
• Provide medication reminders and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship and supportive care.
• Perform hands-on care when certified (dressing, grooming, hygiene).

What You’ll Do

As a caregiver with Trove Home Care, you’ll provide compassionate, dependable support that helps our clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.

Depending on your experience, training, and certifications, responsibilities may include:

Companion & Daily Living Support

• Driving clients to appointments and errands
• Providing medication reminders
• Preparing meals and assisting with cooking
• Providing companionship and supportive care

Personal Care
Caregivers with the appropriate certifications, such as CNA, PCA, or HHA , may also provide hands-on assistance with:

• Dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Feeding
• Mobility and ambulation
• Bathing
• Transfers between beds and chairs
• Toileting and incontinence care

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for caregivers who are dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing excellent care.

• CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferred
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or personal) preferred
• Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance required
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation
• Reliable and committed to working scheduled weekend hours
