Job summary

Trove Home Care is seeking dependable weekend caregivers in the Richmond, Moseley, Midlothian and surrounding areas of Virginia. You will provide compassionate support to help clients stay safe and independent at home, including meals, reminders, and light housekeeping.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months of caregiving experience, CNA/PCA/HHA certification preferred, and a valid driver’s license with active auto insurance. Weekend hours are required and a background check is performed.

Qualifications

• CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferred.
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or personal) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance required.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and maintain documentation.
• Reliable and committed to working scheduled weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide companion and daily living support, including errands, meals, and reminders.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with medications reminders and cooking.
• Perform light housekeeping and provide companionship.
• Support clients to stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home.
