Job summary

Trove Home Care is seeking reliable caregivers to join our Weekend Care Team serving Richmond, Moseley, Midlothian and surrounding areas. You will provide compassionate support to help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes, with a consistent weekend schedule and a $100 weekend bonus after 50 weekend hours.

Ideal candidates have CNA/PCA/HHA certification and at least 6 months of caregiving experience, plus a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• CNA, PCA, or HHA certification preferred.
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience (professional or personal) preferred.
• Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance required.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation.
• Reliable and committed to working scheduled weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Drive clients to appointments and errands.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Prepare meals and assist with cooking.
• Provide companionship and supportive care.
• Dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene assistance.
• Feeding, mobility and transfers, bathing, and incontinence care.
• Perform light housekeeping.
