Job summary

Trove Home Care is seeking weekend caregivers to provide compassionate in-home support in the Richmond area. This role emphasizes consistent weekend hours and meaningful interactions with clients, delivering safety, comfort, and independence in their own homes.

You’ll join a supportive team, earn $18–$25 per hour with a $100 weekend bonus after 50 hours, and benefit from 24/7 care team backing. Preference for CNA/PCA/HHA certification and at least 6 months of caregiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home support to help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent
• Drive clients to appointments and errands; provide medication reminders
• Prepare meals and assist with daily living activities; light housekeeping where needed
• Provide companionship and supportive care to clients and families
