Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to assist seniors with daily living activities and personalize care plans. You will document changes, promote safety, and encourage independence while engaging residents in meaningful activities and dining support.

In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss, communicating clearly with families and care teams. Position requires a high school diploma or GED and CPR/First Aid certification or ability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• 18 years of age or older with compassionate, reliable demeanor and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands‑on support to seniors by assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. They follow individualized service plans (ISP), document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents. Key responsibilities include engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, maintaining a clean environment, and effectively communicating with residents’ families and care team members. In Memory Care, the caregiver creates enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, age 18+, CPR/First Aid certification or the ability to obtain it, and qualities such as compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
