Key responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, following individualized service plans (ISP), and documenting any changes. They engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Compensation & Benefits
