LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in California is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support to senior residents, helping with daily living, safety, and dignity while fostering meaningful relationships. You will assist with ADLs, document ISP updates, promote independence, support dining, and communicate with families and care team.

CPR/First Aid is preferred or obtainable. We offer paid training, benefits, and opportunities for career growth; compensation ranges $19.95–$24.95

Qualifications

• Must have compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• High School Diploma or GED is required (age 18+).

• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow and document updates to Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
• Promote safety and independence while engaging residents in conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

• Follow and document updates to Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Promote safety and independence while engaging residents in conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care team members
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
