Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a caring Caregiver to provide hands-on support to seniors, helping with ADLs and following ISP plans. You will promote safety, dignity, and independence, and engage residents through conversation and activities.

Memory care duties involve creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Ideal candidates have a HS Diploma/GED, are 18+, and may obtain CPR/First Aid.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required or to be obtained.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.

Caregiver Role Overview

As a Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support to seniors, assisting with

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following Individualized Service Plans (ISP).

Your responsibilities include promoting safety, dignity, and independence, engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a welcoming environment. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma/GED, be at least 18 years old, and possess or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification. Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.
