Qualifications

• Previous hosting or server experience preferred.
• Friendly, customer-focused personality.
• Clear greetings and farewells; understand guest needs.
• Communicate guest needs to staff clearly.
• Ability to speak on the telephone clearly.
• Able to carry trays or supplies 10–30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas.
• Provide guests with menus.
• Assign patrons to tables per needs and rotation.
• Inform guests of current promotions and staff handoff.
• Manage guest flow and provide accurate wait times.
• Bus tables and prepare for next round.
• Clean restrooms, lobby and dining room.
