Job summary

The Original Pancake House is seeking energetic weekend servers to join our team. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks in a fast-paced brunch setting.

We value friendly, guest-focused individuals who can manage multiple tasks, handle POS transactions, and work well with kitchen staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Flexible weekend scheduling and employee meal discounts are available.

Qualifications

• Prior server experience preferred but not required.
• Must be available weekends (Sat & Sun) during peak brunch hours.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm demeanor.
• Present menus and answer questions with recommendations.
• Take and process drink and food orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
• Maintain clean server work and dining areas; reset for new guests.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions using the POS system.
