Job summary

Fulton Commons is seeking dedicated Weekend Baylor CNAs to join our team in New York. This role offers a base hourly rate of $24.65 with opportunity to earn 1.25x pay for double weekend shifts.

You will work 2 consecutive weekend doubles (4 shifts in two days) or choose from several double-shift options, with potential to work every weekend full-time or every other weekend part-time. Additional weekday shifts may be available.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
• Strong teamwork skills and a compassionate approach to resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents as directed by nursing staff.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene, bathing, and ADLs.
• Pass meal trays, assist with feeding, and report food and fluid intake.
• Monitor residents’ health and report any concerns to nursing staff.
• Transport residents within the facility.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment for residents.

Base Hourly Rate: $24.65 per hour

This unique opportunity allows you to maximize your earnings while providing exceptional care to our residents over the weekends.

What You’ll Do:

• Work 2-Consecutive Weekend Doubles (4 shifts in two days) and get paid 1.25x the base rate (the equivalent of a full week’s pay in just 2-days!)
• Choose from various double shifts: Day-Evening, Evening-Night, or Night-Day.
• You can work every weekend (full-time) OR every other weekend (part-time)
• Pick-up additional shifts during the week to earn even more!

CNA Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate care to residents as directed by nursing staff.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene, bathing, and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Pass meal trays, assist with feeding, and report food and fluid intake.
• Monitor residents’ health and report any concerns to nursing staff.
• Transport residents within the facility.
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment for residents.
