Job summary

Life Care Centers of America-affiliated facility in Hendersonville, NC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team. The role focuses on providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients, including bathing, feeding, grooming and toileting, in a supportive interdisciplinary environment.

We offer a 36-hour week with paid 44 hours, a generous sign-on bonus of 5,000, and shifts that include Saturday-Monday or Friday-Sunday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Current CNA license in the applicable state.
• CPR certification required (or obtained during orientation).

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients as directed.
• Assist with bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting and related tasks.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed. Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year geriatric nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
