Qualifications

Responsibilities

- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and staff
- Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and contribute to the development of patient care plans
