Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.
• 0–1 years of related bakery or pastry work preferred.
• Experience in a specialized bakery or pastry role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check daily production schedules and follow Sodexo recipes to prepare baked items from scratch.
• Accurately weigh ingredients, mix doughs, shape and bake items to specification.
• Regulate oven temperatures and monitor baking times for quality and safety.
• Set up and stock bake shop, ensure proper storage, labeling and dating.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area.
• Attend to shifts on time and assist with other duties as needed.
