Job summary

Eaton is seeking an Assembly Tech IV (MVA Offload) for the Greenwood, SC facility. This weekend shift role runs Friday through Sunday from 5 AM to 5 PM, with a $21.89 hourly rate plus an 11.12% shift differential.

The position involves assembling, wiring and modifying high/medium voltage assemblies and related sub-assemblies, following engineering drawings. You will use ENOVIA and standard tools to build complex assemblies, maintain Kanban levels, and support continuous improvement through

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience in an industrial environment.
• Willing to work weekends and overtime as needed.
• Proficient with standard hand tools and measurement devices.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, wire, and modify high/medium voltage assemblies per drawings.
• Fill out quality and production checklists for supervision and engineering.
• Mount/install electrical equipment and perform wire operations.
• Inspect for loose hardware and cleanliness; report shortages.
