Job summary

The Eaton plant in Greenwood, SC is seeking an Assembly Technician II for the 1st shift to meet daily production targets with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity. Responsibilities include assembling Low Voltage Assemblies, operating assembly machinery, performing hi-pot testing, labeling, and completing material transactions in AS400.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of assembly experience, plus familiarity with hand and air tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 6 months of Assembly Technician experience.
• Minimum 6 months of experience using hand and air tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, adjust, or repair components using a variety of tools and equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical/mechanical drawings and follow SOPs.
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure specifications.
• Support production flow by handling material transactions and deliveries.
