West Star Aviation Inc. is seeking an Aircraft Nacelles Technician for weekend shift in Cedar Hill, TX. The role focuses on sheet metal work, reading blueprints and following FAA guidelines in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; A&P license not required but welcomed.
• Journeyman: 0–5 years in sheet metal; Master: 5+ years.
• Knowledge of sheet metal processes (forming, drilling, riveting).

Responsibilities

• Perform basic sheet metal operations such as drilling, riveting, cutting on airframe components.
• Apply and remove sealant, sound deadening, and finish materials.
• Maintain, clean and repair shop facilities, equipment and tooling as needed.
• Safely operate shop equipment (brakes, presses, riveters, etc.).
• Use basic computer systems to access training, manuals and maintenance data.
• Communicate clearly in English and follow supervisor instructions.
