Job summary

Woodward, Inc. in Loves Park, IL is hiring Operations Technicians to support production lines on the 2nd shift (Friday to Sunday, 3:00pm–3:30am). You will use hand and specialty tools and inspection equipment to produce high‑quality aerospace parts.

Training hours run the first two weeks on the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm). Level I pay: $19.50–$21.00/hour; Level II: $22.00–$25.00/hour, plus shift premium and overtime. Comprehensive benefits and 401(k) available.

Qualifications

• Key skills required to operate and inspect manufacturing processes.
• Ability to follow SOPs and log daily operations accurately.
• Strong mechanical, tool-handling and measurement skills.
