Woodward, Inc. is hiring Operations Technicians to support production lines at the Rock Cut Campus in Loves Park, IL. Roles involve performing manufacturing, assembly, testing, and other processes using hand and specialty tools to deliver high-quality aerospace parts.

Level 1 and Level 2 responsibilities cover following procedures, logging process variables, and ensuring safety and cleanliness while supporting continuous improvement and Lean practices within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Follows documented procedures to accurately and efficiently produce products using specified tools and equipment.
• Observes and records key process variables to ensure consistency and quality in operations.
• Maintains 5S and cleanliness; ensures tools and materials are properly stored.
• Adheres to safety protocols and regulatory requirements to promote a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Follows documented procedures to accurately and efficiently produce products using specified tools and equipment.
• Observes and logs key process variables and resolves concerns following SOPs.
• Performs inspections and tests to verify product quality and records data.
• Maintains workstation organization and cleanliness according to 5S principles.
