Job summary

Woodward is hiring Operations Technicians to support production lines at our Loves Park Campus. Work the weekend 2nd shift (Fri–Sun, 3:00pm–3:30am) performing manufacturing operations with hand tools and inspection equipment to produce aerospace parts.

Level 1/2 roles offer competitive pay ($19.50–$21.00/hr Level I; $22–$25/hr Level II), shift premiums, overtime, and a robust benefits package including 401(k) match, stock contributions, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Follows documented procedures to produce products using specified tools.
• Observes and records key process variables to ensure quality.
• Keeps workstations clean and organized according to 5S guidelines.
• Performs inspections and tests to verify product quality and records results.
• Uses basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines on weekend 2nd shift (Fri–Sun, 3:00pm–3:30am).
• Follow SOPs and log daily operations accurately.
• Support lean initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely, quality output.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance at all times.
