Job summary

Eden Health Care is seeking a Weekend Admissions Coordinator to manage admissions for seven nursing homes during weekend hours. You will help coordinate referrals, verify insurance, and ensure smooth admissions processes on Friday evening through Sunday.

The role requires strong communication, independence, and the ability to build rapport with clients and referral sources. Experience in long-term care and familiarity with admissions systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Long Term Care.
• Strong ability to work independently.
• Previous admissions experience preferred (MediTech/AllScripts familiarity is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Oversaw admissions for 7 Nursing Homes during weekend hours (Fri 5pm–Sun).
• Manage and coordinate all admissions to the facilities.
• Build partnerships with referral sources and respond to referrals promptly.
