Compass Health Network's Royal Oaks Hospital in Missouri is seeking an Admissions Counselor for weekend/swing shifts. You will be the first point of contact for individuals seeking care, guiding them through admissions and coordinating assessments.

This full-time role requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to stay grounded under pressure. SHIFT: Saturday-Sunday 12:00pm-12:00am and Mon-Tue 3:30pm-11:30pm; wage $18.39/hour.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• Associates/Bachelor’s degree in a human service field preferred
• Experience in an office setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide helpful, accurate information about hospital programs
• Schedule assessments and coordinate referrals with clinical staff and outside agencies
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, families, and team members
• Maintain knowledge of hospital programs and admissions procedures
• Support quality improvement and uphold patient confidentiality at all times
