Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides assessments to aid physicians in determining level of care for potential patients.
• Acts as the initial contact with referral sources and coordinates referral and intake processes.
• Facilitates admission processes and maintains communication with families, patients and staff.
• Verifies insurance benefits and prior authorizations as needed.
• Schedules assessments with potential patients and explains the admission process.
