Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, or related field is required.
• 6 months experience as a group leader in a psychiatric hospital, partial hospitalization or intensive outpatient treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial activity therapy assessment to develop appropriate treatment goals.
• Facilitate 4 groups per day.
• Complete group documentation and communicate with treatment team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
