Vantage Point Retirement Living is seeking an Activities Assistant - Part Time (Every Weekend) to support planning and conducting programs that enhance residents' physical, intellectual, social, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

The role emphasizes assisting residents, coordinating with staff and volunteers, and maintaining organized activity spaces while ensuring safety and quality of life for seniors. Weekend hours offer meaningful, community-focused work in a close-knit environment.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Six months to one year of related experience and/or training preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist in planning, scheduling and conducting programs for residents.
• Encourage residents to participate in activities.
• Coordinate events and decorations for holidays and special occasions.
• Maintain activity areas and ensure supplies are available.
• Work with volunteers and staff to execute programs.
• Meet new residents to introduce the program.
• Document resident participation and maintain calendars.
