Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a production supervisor to oversee all production and packaging activities across assigned shifts. You will lead 100+ employees, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of GMP and SQF, and proficiency with SAP and Kronos. First shift is 5 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing (food/packaging a plus).
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proficient in Kronos timekeeping and SAP, both pluses.
• Excellent communication, conflict management, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 100+ employees, including leads.
• Plan production operations and schedules to meet delivery dates.
• Ensure GMP/SQP compliance and 5S, Lean initiatives.
• Direct the conversion of raw materials to finished products with minimal waste.
• Monitor inventory, costs, and performance metrics; resolve issues.
