Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One year previous experience or some hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred.
• Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties.
• Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial
• Bilingual preferred.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the surgery schedule daily and manage all scheduling processes.
• Coordinate with office staff from doctors' offices and OR staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Work under the Business Office Manager to support scheduling and patient flow.
• Position requires weekdays only with no holidays or weekends; ensure high levels of customer service.
