Job summary

Fairfax Radiology Centers in Lansdowne, VA seeks a full-time ultrasound technologist to join our Breast Center of Loudoun. You will perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations and work closely with radiologists to ensure exceptional patient care in a weekday outpatient setting.

Candidates should have RDMS (or eligible) and BLS certification, 1+ years of general sonography experience (new grads welcome). OB/GYN and breast imaging exposure a plus; no weekends or on-call.

Qualifications

• RDMS certification upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 1+ years of general sonography/ultrasound experience preferred.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound procedures while partnering closely with radiologists and care teams to ensure excellent patient care.
• OB (1st Trimester), GYN, Abdominal, Small Parts imaging will be performed.
• Breast ultrasound experience is a plus, but not required.
• Consistently acquire high-quality diagnostic images and deliver compassionate, patient-focused care.
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and professionalism throughout each exam.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and imaging accuracy.
• Collaborate with radiologists and fellow team members in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
