Fairfax Radiology Centers, LLC in Lansdowne, VA is seeking a Sonographer for the Fairfax Radiology Breast Center of Loudoun. This full-time role offers weekday hours, no weekends or on-call, and a patient-centered imaging environment.

You will perform general ultrasound exams (OB, GYN, abdominal, small parts) with breast ultrasound experience a plus. RDMS required; BLS required; 1+ years preferred; new grads welcome.

What your day looks like

In this role, you will perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound procedures while partnering closely with radiologists and care teams to ensure excellent patient care.

• Perform general ultrasound examinations including:
• OB (1st Trimester)
• GYN
• Abdominal
• Small Parts
• Breast ultrasound experience is a plus, but not required
• Consistently acquire high-quality diagnostic images
• Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care
• Ensure patient comfort, safety, and professionalism throughout each exam
• Maintain strong attention to detail and imaging accuracy
• Collaborate with radiologists and fellow team members in a fast-paced outpatient setting

Compensation & Growth:

Based on your qualifications and experience, the compensation range for this position is:

$39.95 - $54.05 per hour
