Qualifications

• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and vendors.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and critical events calmly.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interiors, perimeters, parking, docks and entrances to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials per site procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations in reports promptly.
